Task A Looking Back : Mid Semester Review of Your Own Personal Development In Studio

So far, this is the third month i have been staying in USM and i'm so glad i'm still ALIVE! Looking back to the pass few months, i realise i already pass up a lots of assignments, posting whatever blog. Try to set back to the first day i stepped into HBP, i was a fresher and quite blur being a university student. We ask every single question when a new assignment we thrown to us, what a silly act. The more we ask the more restriction!

My first day lecture started after back from pimpin siswa camp. From the pimpin siswa camp i learned leadership and cooperation and so much more. If i am not mistaken the first lecture given to us was conduct by Encik Wan Burhanuddin, lecture us about the Production Model consist of Intention, Act, Product, Actor, Rule and Place. I realise, every assignment we do was related to that six element and we can also apply to our life and future career too.

One more memorable activity was from hbp fresher orientation. I get to known a lots of coursemate, schoolmate and senior since we are still not very close to each other. During the fresher orientation, we are rushing for our bst assignment. What a rush, we almost faint due to we are still not really get to used with our brand new busy life :(

this bamboo stick dome snatch my bedtime!

Besides, they are a lots of assignment and the one that leave a deep impression to myself was doing something regarding to bamboo works. We need to cut bamboo ourself, it is really a tiring works. I would not going try once more X.X Anyway, we learned cooperation in team work because we need each other to cover up to create better works.

One more assignment enabled myself to know my vision and mission Thats the black box! While some people think out of the box but some are not. The item i include in the black box was the important thing for me to survive. Of course, we will able to achive our vision and mission once we were still alive. For me, it is important to insert our basic need into the black box.

In additional, in this 9 week i have been studying in hbp, seriously.... i learned how to draw. We were learning how to draw a perspective point and doing alots of sketch. Before that my drawing was a pile of craps, thanks to hbp everyone of us learned to become a skilled artist! Then, i have also learned the value of friendship among hbp student. We are ready to help each other if who are in need.

We are able to participate Youth Jam Merdeka Celebration too, what a memorable experience. This is the first step we are taking to mixed with other society activities. I believe the are more and more this kind of participating coming towards us :D (anticipating ~)

moment we have during merdeka celebration :D

While the lastest assignment involve us in visiting jewish cemetery and also creating a bamboo craft. During the visit to jewish cemetery, i get to know that the remaining of the jewish cemetery become lesser. From the history, we learn from our mistakes. We share a common experience that binds us together. Learning about history is important because some of it should be common knowledge. By knowing a bit about what has happened in our world, you can help see why things are the way they are. It doesn't hurt to know too much about history.

Plus, what make me happy was our craft can withstand two of my member and also myself! I've learned to be patient! Building a craft was not a short-term matter. Of course, we are geting more and more excited waiting for the craft testing day! (Hope everything will go smoothly :D)

having good experience in testing our craft

Moreover, what have really develop in myself was time management. I have learn was being punctual or i mean to be train to be punctual during almost three months period in hbp! Submition right on time was bloody important or else you will lose your assignment mark!
